What’s the difference between Standard, Personalised, and Coaching Plans?

All three options are available as 6 or 12 week plans and can be tailored to focus on off-season, pre-season, in-season, or speed training. The Standard Program gives you instant access to a ready-made plan so you can download it and start training straight away. The Personalised Program is built entirely around your goals and delivered within 7 days after Megan reviews your details. For the ultimate package, the Coaching Plan combines a personalised program with regular 1 to 1 coaching sessions, giving you hands-on guidance, accountability, and expert support throughout your journey.

How quickly will I get my plan?

No waiting around. Standard programs are ready to download instantly after purchase. Personalised and Coaching Plans are sent within 7 days once Megan has reviewed your form and built your plan.

Can I get support from Megan during my training?

Yes! Coaching Plans include ongoing 1-to-1 support, feedback, and accountability throughout your journey. For Standard and Personalised Programs, Megan is only an email away if you need quick guidance.

Do I need to be based in Huddersfield to join?

Not at all. Athletes can join from anywhere in the world with Standard or Personalised Programs. If you’re after 1-to-1 Coaching, in-person sessions are based in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire.
